Located in Shiraz, Iran, the Eram project presented a unique challenge: to re-imagine an existing structure. our team's mission was to elevate and modernize the original architectural plan while creating a strong connection between the indoors and outdoors. We approached the redesign with a comprehensive perspective, balancing open and closed spaces. We designed all-around terraces and expansive windows, carefully shielding them from direct sunlight with a subtle retraction of the southern portion of the building, resulting in a breathtaking experience that offers occupants maximum views to the outside world while preserving their privacy. Our standout achievement was the creation of several large U-shaped pots, which serves as a tribute to the vertical gardens on the facade and terraces, and also provide a natural screen, providing greater privacy in select areas of the residential complex.
